Kwan and Yee Wah were published in numerous magazines and books. Kwan also conducted many workshops & painting demonstrations, some broadcasted on local community television which eventually led to a DVD and an instructional book on Chinese brush painting.
In a pleasant surprise, we discovered that Kwan translated the "Mouse Bride" Chinese folktale for use in "Mouse Match" a children's book by Ed Young.
